New tender shoots appear on the tea shrubs with its delicate & fragile tea leaves which do not need oxidation & are simply dried to make ready for consuming. Perfect for tea lovers who like a mild and delicate brew and do not prefer a strong and robust one. A tea's life circle in Darjeeling in a year comprises of mainly four flushes. Each flush has a character of its own & it really depends on one's palate liking. Some like the first flush because it is light and bright, whereas some like the second flush because it is full-bodied and dark and some like autumn flush as it is bold but deeply fruity.

PROCESS
How to steep
loose leaf

Take 1tsp (2g) loose tea.

Add 180ml hot water(95oC).

Steep for 3-4 mins.

Strain & Serve hot.

Sweetener can be added.
