Returns: Food products are non-returnable. Damaged, defective, or incorrect items are eligible for refund or replacement.

Cancellations: Allowed within 24 hours of order placement or before shipment, whichever is earlier.

Dispatch: Orders ship within 24 working hours. Free standard shipping on orders above ₹699.
- Returns & Replacements: Must be initiated within 7 days of delivery. Damaged or incorrect items must be reported within 48 hours with photo proof.

Refunds: Processed within 7 business days after quality checks and approval.
- Teaware Returns: 10-day return window for damaged or incorrect items. Unboxing video required within 48 hours of delivery.

Returns
- Food products are non-returnable due to hygiene and the personal care nature of the products.
- However, in the unlikely event that you receive a damaged, defective, or different item than what you ordered, we will provide a full refund or free replacement, as applicable.

Teaware Return Policy
We’re committed to delivering our premium teaware range safely and beautifully. In
the rare event that you receive a damaged or incorrect item, we offer a 10-day window for return or replacement.

Unboxing video required: To ensure a smooth process, please record a clear unboxing video (including order details) at the time of opening and share it with us within 48 hours of delivery.
- Careful packaging: Packing of fragile teawares is done very carefully by our dispatch team to ensure they reach you safely. However, we request you to record the opening of the order box showing clear order details in a video so that we are able to address grievances of any kind, including breakage.
Cancellations
- All cancellation requests must be initiated within 24 hours of placing the order or before your order has been shipped, whichever is earlier.
- Please notify us as soon as possible if you intend to cancel. Email us at info@octavius.in or WhatsApp us at +91 9313530035 / +91 9313530038 with your order ID and cancellation reason.
- Orders once processed cannot be cancelled if they have already been shipped.
Dispatch & Shipment
- We aim to dispatch all orders within 24 working hours.
- Order tracking information is available on the website as soon as your order is dispatched.
- All orders above ₹699 qualify for free Standard Shipping.
Returns & Replacements
- Return request must be initiated within a maximum of 7 days of delivery.
- The reason for return should be explicitly stated in the email (we would love to know what went wrong).
- If the product is received in damaged form or different from what you ordered, you must write to us within 48 hours of delivery so we can expedite your replacement request.
- Please attach a picture of the delivered order for our internal quality checks.
- The product should be unopened and unused to be eligible for the above condition.
Refunds
- All refunds will be processed only after internal quality checks.
- For any refund request, you must share the necessary proof.
- Our Customer Service team will notify you once the refund request has been approved.
- If your refund is approved, it will be processed within 7 business days.
- If you do not receive your refund within the stipulated time, please feel free to reach out to us.
- For returns of orders placed with Cash on Delivery (COD) , we will contact you via email (info@octavius.in) for your bank account details to process the refund.
Note: Octavius is not liable to process any refund if the request is initiated after 7 days of delivery or if you fail to produce the necessary proofs.
