Return and Refund:
Initiate return by contacting customer service at info@octavius.in or 9313530038/35, providing order details and reason.
Upon receiving the returned teaware or product and video verification, we will notify regarding the approval or rejection of refund.
On approval of refund, approved refunds processed within 15 business days.
Cash on Delivery refunds require bank details via email.
Octavius not liable for refunds initiated after 48 hours post-delivery or lacking necessary proofs.
Contact customer care for delay of refund beyond the stipulated time.
1. Tea Product and Tea Gifts Return Exception:
No returns for tea products and gifts, except for wrong or damaged products.(As we deal in food products)
Contact customer service within 48 hours, initiate return with a video of package opening.
Refund processed for unopened and unused products within 15 business days.
Octavius covers return shipping for incorrect or damaged product deliveries.
2. Teaware Return and Refund Policy:
We accept return of glass and ceramic teawares only if broken or incorrect.
Initiate return by contacting customer service at info@octavius.in or 9313530038/35, providing order details and reason with video documentation within 48 hours.
Upon approval, refunds processed within 15 business days.
Octavius covers return shipping for broken or incorrect teaware deliveries.
3. Cancellations:
Request cancellation within 24 hours or before shipment.
Notify through info@octavius.in or WhatsApp at 9313530035/9313530038 with order ID and reasons.
Shipped orders cannot be cancelled.
4. Dispatch & Shipment:
Orders dispatched within 24 working hours, with tracking information provided.
Free Standard Shipping for orders over Rs.299/-.
5. Unclaimed or Returned Packages:
Additional shipping costs for unclaimed or returned packages due to incorrect addresses are customer's responsibility.
