Shipping in India

Confirmation of Order

An order confirmation message is sent to you via email, WhatsApp and SMS after your order has been placed successfully.

Dispatch

Your order will be dispatched within 24 working hours from the confirmation of order. With delivery typically completed within 2 - 5  business days depending on your location.

Express Delivery

We offer an express delivery option for customers who wish to receive their order faster, at an additional cost. Delivery in metropolitan cities is usually made the very next day for express orders. Delivery in tier 2 and tier 3 cities will usually take a little bit more than a day. Exact delivery timelines shall be available once your courier is booked.

Shipping Charges

  • Shipping is free for orders above Rs. 699
  • Orders under Rs. 699 may be charged for standard shipping

Shipping updates along with tracking information is sent to you once your order is dispatched via email and WhatsApp.

Teaware Return Policy

Order cancellations are possible up to 24 hours of ordering or before the order gets dispatched, whichever is earlier. An order once shipped cannot be cancelled. You may cancel your order either by emailing info@octavius.in or sending your request on WhatsApp +91 9313530035 / +91 9313530038 with order id and reason for cancellation.

Special Care for Fragile Items

For delicate items like tea ware, glass ware and wooden sets, additional care is provided by the dispatch department, with reinforced packing for safe delivery.

Unboxing Video Requirement

In an attempt to provide you with better service, we would like you to make a video of the unboxing process of your product. This allows us to promptly address any concerns  including breakage or damage  should they arise. Please share the video with us within 48 hours of delivery to raise a claim.
