All cancellation requests must be initiated within 24 hours of placing the order or before your order has been shipped. Please notify us as soon as possible from the time of order if you intend to cancel. Dispatch & Shipment
We aim to dispatch all orders within 24 working hours and order tracking information is available on the website as soon as your order is dispatched. All orders over Rs.499/- qualify for free Standard Shipping.
Returns & Replacements
Return request has to be initiated within maximum of 7 days of delivery and the reason for return should be explicitly stated in the email (We’d love to know what went wrong) If the product is received in damaged form or different from what you had ordered, you must write to us within 48 hours of delivery so that we can expedite your replacement request. Please attach a picture of the delivered order for our internal quality checks. *The product should be unopened and unused to be eligible for the above mentioned condition.
All refunds will be processed only after internal quality checks. For any refund request, you must share the necessary proofs. Our Customer Service team will notify you once the refund request has been approved. If your refund has been approved, it shall be processed within 7 business days.
