Being minimally processed, it retains high amounts of antioxidants and very low amount of caffeine. It is made of carefully handpicked silver buds and young leaves that have been steamed and sundried.White tea's name derives from the fine silvery-white hairs on the unopened buds of the tea plant, which give the plant a whitish appearance. The delicate leaves produce a sweet and crispy white tea.

Take 1tsp (2g) loose tea.
Add 230ml hot water(80oC).
Steep for 2-3 mins.
Strain & Serve hot.
Sweetener can be added.
