This sophisticated Darjeeling black tea comes from the high elevation gardens and sloped terrain of Darjeeling in the Himalayan foothills and is harvested in the months of May-June. By May-June, the fully developed leaves are robust and full-bodied and offer a dark colour brew. It is a rich and fragrant tea and is also known as the champagne of black teas. It is famous amongst tea connoisseurs for its taste and muscatel experience. It has a unique smooth flavor and a woody aroma with a which makes it a rare and coveted brew, relished internationally.

PROCESS
How to steep
loose leaf

Take 1tsp (2g) loose tea.

Add 180ml hot water(95oC).

Steep for 3-4 mins.

Strain & Serve hot.

Sweetener can be added.
