- 4 cups Octavius Hibiscus Clove & Lemon Grass tea (prepared as per instructions on pack)
- 1/2 cup fresh mint leaves.
- 2 cups fresh apple juice.
- 2 cups cold water.
- Ice cubes for serving.
- In a large heatproof pitcher, combine hot hibiscus Green tea, mint leaves, and steep for 10 minutes
- Add fresh apple juice and cold water & refrigerate until chilled.
- Serve over ice.
